Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders $75+. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our standard shipping carrier is DHL. Please anticipate 3-7 business days for standard ground shipping once processed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 2-4 additional days

Return Policy

At Studio Rose, each fragrance is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened fragrances, discovery sets, gift sets, or promotional items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@studiorosefragrance.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, and our team will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Studio Rose is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Studio Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location and with neighbors or your building's management.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if eligible.

  • Reaching out to us at info@studiorosefragrance.com if you need a copy of your order confirmation or other documentation to assist with your claim.
